Description
The Upstairs portion of this multi-venture(Corner, Upstairs, Downstairs) venue is a smaller stage than Downstairs. A multitude of local punk and indie bands have graced the stage in their early days--a true rite of passage for many up and coming in the Boston music scene. The Boston Phoenix dubbed it "the hardest-working room in Boston show business." Grab a bite to eat in the Cafe downstairs before the show--the food is tasty (Mediterranean staples like hummus, falafel, and stuffed grape leaves) and lays the foundation before a big night.
