Description

The Tuskegee Project celebrating the first U.S. Military African-American aviators to serve in combat opens June 1 and will run until July 31 at the Historic Aviation Memorial Museum, 150 Airport Dr., Tyler (formerly the Pounds Field Terminal). The exhibits include models and posters telling the story of the Tuskegee Airmen who bravely fought in World War II. Hours for the museum are Tuesday-Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
ADMISSION:
• Adults: $5.00
• Seniors (65+): $4.00
• Active Military (with ID): Free
• Teens (13-17 years): $3.00
• Children (6-12 years): $2.00
• Children (5 and under): Free
