Iyengar Yoga ~ Focus on Hips & Knees

Description

Iyengar classes are taught giving cues to perform each pose (asana), and create balance in the body, to be reflected in the mind. We will use props to adapt the body and correct alignment. To be used according to each student's needs.

Who shall attend? Class appropriate for active beginners and seasoned yogis. Some yoga experience is helpful, but not required.

What to bring? Comfortable clothes and a Mat, blocks & strap -optional. Also water, a Small towel and tons of Energy!
