Description
Our Beginning Ballet classes are a wonderful introduction to ballet, designed for adults who have never taken ballet before, as well as for those who have taken a long absence from ballet and need a refresher course. Most importantly, our classes do not mix adults with teens as other studios do. Our focus is on the process of developing confidence, strength, and coordination, without intimidation. Dance is a great way to exercise, relieve stress, and meet new people. Come see for yourself. Also at 7:30-8:45 on Wednesdays.
