Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan classes that include general loosening exercises, qigong, form training, partner exercises, and push hands.

Tai Chi can be practiced by virtually anyone and has be proven to: Reduce stress (results last long after practice), increase bone density, enhance balance (essential for seniors), reduce blood pressure, and relieve and sometimes eliminate many ailments...arthritis, heart disease, fibromyalgia, and many more!
